Return Period

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange period from the date of delivery. 

Reverse Pick-up Service

  • We offer a convenient reverse pick-up service for returns.
  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
  • Two pick-up attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, customers must send the shipment back to our company address.
  • Reverse Pick-up availability is subject to your area pin code.

Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and approved.
  • For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of receiving the returned garment(s). This credit will be sent to your registered email address/contact number.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Please return product(s) in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products returned in poor condition or with signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Payment Methods and Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original payment method.
  • COD orders will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid.
  • Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and only redeemable in our store.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to:

  • Accessories
  • Eyewear
  • Perfumes
  • Face masks
  • Undergarments

Revor reserves the right to modify this list without prior notice.

Special Promotions and Free Product Deals

Items purchased during special promotions (e.g., Buy One Get One Free) that include free products are not eligible for returns.

Important notes for self-shipping:

  • Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit.
  • Clearly mention your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Use a reliable courier service (we recommend avoiding certain couriers known for unreliability).
  • Ensure your courier costs do not exceed ₹150, as this is the maximum reimbursement for shipping.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of bank account details provided for refunds.
  2. If you receive a delivery confirmation but haven't received your order, contact us within 24 hours.
  3. Customers must take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including all instructions, documents, and packaging.
  4. For products not meeting expected standards upon delivery, contact us within 1 day of receipt with details and photos of the issue.
  5. Revor reserves the right to fully examine returned products before processing any refund.
  6. We aim to process refunds within 30 working days from the date of confirming eligibility via email.
