Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Other Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary based on your specific location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹2999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of being placed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order by:

  1. Logging into your Revor account and visiting the "Order History" section.
  2. Clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  3. Contacting our customer support team with your order number.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services to international customers in the future.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delivery Issues

In case of any delivery issues:

  • Wrong Address: Please contact us immediately if you realize you've provided an incorrect address. We'll do our best to update it if the package hasn't been shipped yet.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team. We'll initiate an investigation and work towards a resolution.
